How to Deposit via eDDA

In this lesson, we show you how you can deposit funds via eDDA.

When initiating a deposit into your Webull brokerage account, Webull allows you to deposit funds in 3 ways:

(1) electronic Direct Debit Authorisation (eDDA)

(2) Fast and Secure Transfers (FAST)

(3) Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

In this lesson, we show you how you can deposit funds via eDDA. You are authorised to initiate an eDDA instruction to set the maximum amount, date range, and preferred account via your bank or the Webull App. Learn More>>

Step 1: Tap the Webull logo at the bottom of the screen

Step 2: Tap “Transfers” at the top of the screen

Step 3: Tap “Deposit”

Step 4: Tap “eDDA Deposit”

Step 5: Add a new bank account or select your bank account

  • Newly registered Webull Clients will have to add and choose a new bank account they wish to link to their Webull brokerage account. You can link a maximum of 5 bank accounts to your Webull brokerage account.
  • Existing Webull Clients who have multiple bank accounts linked to their Webull brokerage account will need to select a bank account.

Step 6: Key in Deposit Amount

For eDDA, there is no minimum or maximum deposit amount set by Webull. You can choose to set the maximum limit for your deposit based on your chosen bank account’s transfer limit.

Step 7: Deposit Request Review

Deposits made via eDDA will typically be processed and reflected in your Webull brokerage account within 5 to 10 minutes after the transaction is confirmed.
